How to Claim

 

Once you've deciphered the 12-word seed phrase, follow these steps to import the MetaMask wallet and extract the $1,000 in $BUSD!

 

Install MetaMask:

• Desktop: Go to the MetaMask website and click "Download".
  • Follow the instructions to add the MetaMask extension to your browser (available for Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and Edge).
• Mobile: Download the MetaMask app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Open MetaMask:

• Launch the MetaMask extension or app.
• Click "Get Started" if you're opening MetaMask for the first time.

Import Wallet Using Seed Phrase:

• Select "Import Wallet" on the MetaMask welcome screen.
• Agree or disagree to MetaMask's data collection (your choice).
• Enter the 12-word seed phrase you deciphered from the Symphony Cypher challenge.
• Create a new password for your MetaMask wallet. This password secures your wallet locally on your device.
• Click "Import".

Add BUSD Token:

• After importing the wallet, you need to add the Binance network and BUSD to view your balance.
• In MetaMask, go to the main screen and click "Assets".
• Scroll down and click "Import tokens".
• In the "Search" tab, type "BUSD" and select "Binance USD (BUSD)".
• Click "Next" and then "Add Tokens".

Check Your Balance:

• After adding the BUSD token, you should see the $1,000 in BUSD in your wallet balance.

Extracting (Transferring) Your BUSD:

• You will have to transfer your BUSD to another wallet or exchange to be able to off-ramp into fiat.
  • Click "Send" on the MetaMask main screen.
  • Enter the recipient's address (e.g., your personal wallet address or an exchange address).
  • Enter the amount of BUSD you want to send.
  • Review the transaction details and click "Next".
  • Confirm the transaction. You might need to pay a small gas fee in BNB to complete the transfer. (BNB will be provided in the wallet already as well to be used for gas).
